Terms of Use
Terms governing your use of TeamlyApp, including authentication (Google Sign-In, email/password, magic links), the editor, client portals, tracking, approvals, and exports.
Acceptance
By accessing or using TeamlyApp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
TeamlyApp is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, you may not use TeamlyApp.
Accounts and authentication
You may create an account using an email address and password, email magic links, and/or third-party sign-in providers (such as Google Sign-In).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you use Google Sign-In, Google may provide TeamlyApp with certain basic profile information for authentication and account linking. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials and devices secure and do not share login access in a way that risks unauthorized use.
- If you use email/password, choose a strong password and avoid reusing it across services.
- If you use email magic links, treat sign-in links as sensitive (do not forward them) and keep access to your email account secure.
- Only upload, publish, and share content you have rights to use (including text, images, trademarks, and attachments).
- Do not misuse the service (including unauthorized access attempts, interference with service operation, or harmful/illegal content).
- Use tracking features responsibly and provide any notices or obtain any consents required by applicable laws and your policies.
Portals and sharing
You control who you share portal links with. If you enable password or expiry controls, you are responsible for configuring them appropriately.
You are responsible for the content you publish and share via TeamlyApp portals, and for ensuring your portal recipients have any disclosures required by your policies and applicable laws.
Tracking
If you enable tracking, TeamlyApp may record activity signals (such as opens or views) associated with your portals to help you understand engagement.
You are responsible for using tracking in compliance with applicable laws and your obligations to recipients (including any notice and consent requirements).
Third-party services and integrations
TeamlyApp may interoperate with third-party services (for example, authentication providers like Google, or email delivery providers used to send magic links). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.
If you connect additional third-party services or grant additional permissions, you authorize TeamlyApp to access and use the data made available by those services solely to provide the enabled functionality.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant TeamlyApp a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as necessary to provide and improve the service and to protect the security and integrity of the service.
TeamlyApp and its software, templates, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TeamlyApp if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required to comply with law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion options are described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamlyApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the product or on our website.
